Urology

The Department of Urology is structured to cover each sub-branch of urology. In our department, all urological diseases in the field of cancer, as well as prostate diseases, stone diseases, women's and pediatric urology, are carefully applied by specialist physicians.

The urology department has 5 patient examination rooms for diagnosis and treatments, a cystoscopy room, two intervention-dressing rooms, a urodynamics-uroflowmetry and biopsy room and an ultrasonography device. The department also performs a “gold marker” procedure under transrectal ultrasound guidance to increase the success of prostate cancer radiotherapy.

In our department, which serves patients with state-of-the-art devices in diagnostic methods, high-resolution MRI examinations for prostate cancer are performed with artificial intelligence-based 3 Tesla MRI. The department also performs prostate biopsy, percutaneous nephrostomy, CT-guided biopsy with ultrasound-guided antegrade stent placement, and MRI fusion biopsy for prostate cancer.

While all procedures related to interventional urology are carefully performed by specialist physicians and healthcare professionals, kidney stone analysis is performed by spectroscopic method. In addition, all genetic analyzes and blood tests for male infertility are also performed in our clinic.
