Rheumatology: Connective Tissue Diseases
Rheumatology is a division of Internal Medicine Department and deals with diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid diseases and especially inflammatory rheumatoid diseases.
Treatment
Connective Tissue Diseases such as Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Sjörgen’s Syndrome, Vasculitis; Inflammatory Rheumatoid Diseases such as Gout Disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Psoriatic Arthritis as well as pained soft tissue rheumatisms such as osteoarthritis – colloquially called calcification - and similar diseases are diagnosed and treated in Rheumatology Division.
Other departments such as Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, Neurology and Algology Outpatient Clinic are cooperated, if deemed necessary.
