The British Standards Institution (BSI)

Tackling the challenges of caring for patients and an aging population requires the safe and efficient running of hospitals and a system of care. BSI provides standards, certification and regulatory services to hospitals. When patients seek care, they can be very picky about choosing a healthcare provider, so you need to make sure you have the best processes and minimize risk when appropriate.
For any organization to survive and thrive, it must anticipate, prepare for, respond to, and adapt to gradual change and sudden disruptions. This is known as organizational resilience. At BSI, we work with companies globally to help them become more flexible by instilling habits of excellence in each of these three areas: operational, information and supply chain flexibility.

European Foundation ForQuality Management (EFQM)

The purpose of the hospital is very diverse - its aims to transform health care, to innovate and work in care, consumer and research houses. In short - to provide better maintenance.

But bold visions, ways to pose difficult organizational questions: How to achieve success? How does current performance compare? How is recovery measured? How to include it in our journey of communicating all our bumps?
The benchmarking and external perspectives required by the EFQM model also helped the hospital identify potential improvements from similar organizations in Spain and around the world. Staff are now so aligned with their desire for best practice and MEDICALPOINT's pursuit of excellence that they are returning more eager than ever to apply what they have learned from conferences.
